Delete Account and Data Requests

Effective date: July 18, 2026

While signed in, open Account and select Request Account Deletion. CashEnzo requires a recent sign-in and the exact confirmation phrase shown there.

If you cannot sign in, request deletion by contacting support@cashenzo.com. CashEnzo will verify identity before acting.

Subscription cancellation

If you have an active paid subscription, you should cancel your subscription through the provider where you started the subscription before or at the same time as requesting account deletion.

CashEnzo will not complete account deletion until it can confirm that renewal for known subscriptions is stopped. Stripe and Google Play may retain their own billing records under their policies and legal obligations.

What may be retained

CashEnzo may retain limited information when necessary for legal compliance, billing records, tax records, fraud prevention, security logs, dispute handling, backups, or enforcing agreements.
